The engine is deterministic, rule-based, and fully on-chain. It does not attempt to predict markets, defend prices, or optimize outcomes. Instead, it encodes a narrow set of behaviors designed to manage supply responsibly, convert demand into realized capital, and preserve long-term system integrity.

All behavior described here is immutable post-deployment unless explicitly governed within hard bounds.
